THE NIGHT OF THE ARCHIVES

“Out of Catalogue”

Night of the Archives 2026: special opening of the FILA Archive

Friday, 5 June 2026 | 6:30 PM

FILA Brand Experience Center, Via Cavour 17B, Biella

What lies behind an icon? Which stories remain “out of catalogue”?

For the Night of the Archives 2026, Fondazione FILA Museum opens the doors of the FILA Brand Experience Center and invites the public to a special visit to the brand Archive, recently redesigned within the evocative spaces of the former Biella factory.

The event, scheduled for Friday, 5 June 2026 from 6:30 PM, draws inspiration from the main theme of the event — “What is not there” — to offer an original itinerary through the archive collections. Along the route, visitors will encounter different themed areas where a professional will reveal behind-the-scenes stories and hidden secrets among objects and documents.

Not just a visit. An immersion.

Achieve the Archive: bring a historic FILA item and receive a gift

New for this edition: reflecting on the theme “What is not there” — or what remains unseen behind the FILA archive — the initiative turns its attention to the donors of the “Achieve the Archive” contest, people who, through their objects, have helped build the memory of the brand.

For this reason, during the evening, visitors will be able to bring an old FILA item with them — a garment, a pair of shoes, a historic accessory — and receive a gift from the Foundation in return.

A simple gesture, to weave together the stories of the local area. Because an archive also lives through what is donated to it.

The evening will be accompanied by selected sounds and an aperitif offered to all participants.
