Manca pochissimo al debutto su Facebook e Instagram della nostra nuova rubrica dedicata alla cura del corpo. Ogni mese, grazie ai contributi di due professioniste nei campi della fisioterapia e della nutrizione, compiremo un viaggio alla scoperta delle potenzialità del fisico umano, capace di sorprenderci ogni giorno se sottoposto a uno stile di vita sano ed equilibrato.
Una settimana fa vi abbiamo introdotto alla dottoressa Stefania Intonti, nostra fisioterapista di fiducia ( potere recuperare l’intervista QUI). Oggi, invece, è il turno della dottoressa Irene Macrì, biologa nutrizionista: nata e cresciuta nel vercellese, Irene ha conseguito la laurea in Biotecnologie nel 2018, seguita da una specializzazione in Scienze degli alimenti e della nutrizione umana nel 2020. Ciao Irene, benvenuta sul Blog! Raccontaci di te: cosa ti ha portato a diventare biologa nutrizionista?
IRENE MACRÌ: Ciao a tutti, felice di essere entrata a fare parte di questo gruppo. Ad essere sincera, diventare biologa nutrizionista non è un desiderio che mi porto dietro da quando sono nata. Fra gli anni trascorsi al liceo scientifico e la prima laurea triennale in Biotecnologie mi sono a poco a poco appassionata a questo mondo, ora sono felice della scelta che ho fatto. Di questo lavoro apprezzo il dinamismo: ogni persona che si rivolge a me è unica e con un percorso a sé stante.
Abbiamo voluto fortemente una nuova rubrica social incentrata su cibo sano e consigli nutrizionali: quali sono gli errori e i falsi miti in cui le persone inciampano più spesso?
IM: Falsi miti? Potrei parlarne all’infinito. Fra le tante cose, i più odiati sono i carboidrati: quasi tutti, quando si approcciano a una dieta fai-da-te, li eliminano completamente, scelta inutile e nel tempo dannosa per il corpo. Un’altra idea diffusa è che cibi specifici, se mangiati in abbondanza, diano dei benefici (un limone al mattino, per esempio). Ma che senso ha curare un dettaglio quanto il totale non è equilibrato? Quello che fa veramente la differenza è l’alimentazione nel complesso!
Scorrendo il tuo profilo Instagram appare evidente che non ami privarti di nessuna pietanza. Quali sono i piatti del tuo menu ideale?
IM: Da buona vercellese, il mio preferito è il risotto, perchè si può preparare in tantissimi modi. Quando cucino qualcosa cerco sempre di comporre piatti unici che oltre al palato appaghino anche la vista. Quindi utilizzo spesso le verdure sottoforma di sugo e aggiungo sapore tramite piccole fonti proteiche (un esempio, pasta con broccoli e acciughe). A fine pasto non possono mancare frutta e un buon caffè. Se c’è una occasione speciale, infine, non disdegno un buon dolce al cioccolato fondente.
Parlare di nutrizione significa discutere anche la percezione del sé. Qual è la tua posizione in merito a temi come body shaming e body positivity?
IM: Fin da quando entriamo a fare parte della società veniamo sottoposti al giudizio degli altri. Il corpo fa parte di noi, ma non rappresenta la totalità del nostro essere: nessuno dovrebbe poter giudicare una persona in base al suo aspetto fisico. Il primo passo per migliorare è accettare sé stessi. Per me è questa la body positivity, un pensiero che dovrebbe portare a migliorarci sempre non perchè odiamo il nostro corpo, ma perchè lo amiamo.
Una cosa che ti appassiona è comunicare con video Tik Tok e reel su Instagram. Hai già scelto quali capi FILA indosserai per quelli che girerai per i nostri follower?
IM: Io adoro i colori vivaci e dai toni caldi, quindi credo punterò su qualcosa dallo stile classico ma al tempo stesso particolare. Non vi resta che vedere i video per scoprire l’effetto finale, ne rimarrete sorpresi!
